Apply Now for a Place in the Poinsettia Christmas Parade; Deadline for Parade Applications Extended

The City of Greenville Poinsettia Christmas Parade will once again usher in the holiday season with an illuminating parade that will line the streets of downtown Greenville.

The parade, a longstanding City tradition, features over 75 musical marching units, elaborately decorated floats and, of course, Santa Claus. This year’s parade will take place on Main Street from Augusta Street to North Street on December 3rd at 6:00 pm.

Business, school or community groups interested in participating in this year’s parade can apply in one of the following categories with corresponding entry fees: floats ($100), non-profit or charitable organization floats ($50), marching/walking unit ($200) and non-profit or charitable organization walking unit ($75). Parade applications are available at events.greenvillesc.gov and are due by November 18th.*
