Summer is almost over! This free concert is the last of the season for this venue. The Rhythm City Band (multiple genres) will perform at 6p on Sept. 17 at the Greer City Park. Let’s arrive by 5:30 so we can pick out a spot for our group. Not sure if the concert will be in the amphitheater or on the lawn. I’ll send out a notification of where our group will be gathered. Bring a folding chair or blanket to sit on. There will be food trucks on site and outside food /beverages are prohibited. There is free parking across the street from the park and at the adjacent city hall building. If you have a permanent name tag please remember to bring yours. I will have extras for those that need one.
The Boomers Connect in Upstate SC Meetup Group does not officially collect dues through the Meetup website. We prefer to have a voluntary system. You can give your Event Host your contribution at any event. We have no set minimum but recommend $5.00 annually.
