"Scouting has a great history in the Upstate of South Carolina and through the proceeds of this annual sale we will to grow the scouting program". "We're excited about this year's sale and we hope that the community will embrace the Boy Scout Popcorn Sale as they have in previous years" said Dannie Newell, 2012 Popcorn Chairman for the Blue Ridge Council.
