Each meal is prepared with only fresh ingredients and designed to keep fresh in the fridge for up to six days, so there�s no need to stock the freezer. Scratch delivers what their customers need for the week so there is no thawing or additional preparation. Simply heat in the oven and serve.

Orders placed online at www.scratchmeals.com by 4 p.m. are prepared fresh and then delivered to your office or home the next business day (deliveries Monday-Friday only) between 3-6 p.m. Specially designed coolers and ice packs keep the meals fresh for up to 6 hours to accomodate deliveries to customer offices.

For last minute needs, Scratch also keeps a limited selection of fresh meals, salads, desserts and sides on-hand for pick-up from its Augusta St. location in Augusta Village Shopping Center. they can choose to pick up their meal at Scratch�s Augusta Street location, or take advantage of free delivery in a specially designed cooler to their home or office.
