Maillis Strapping Systems USA announced it will locate its North American headquarters in a 70,000-square-foot facility located in the city of Fountain Inn; the S.C. Maillis Strapping Systems USA will invest approximately $15 million in new capital and create 60 new jobs. The project involves the creation of plastic strapping production lines. Expansion and upfit of the building is set to begin this month. Upon completion, the building will consist of office and manufacturing/production space. Production will begin in early summer.
