Kohl's Department Stores now offers Greenville residents a new option when shopping for apparel, shoes, accessories and home products. The new 86,584 -square-foot store, which will create approximately 150 new jobs in the area, is located at 1219 Woodruff Road in Greenville. "Kohl's expansion into the Greenville area marks an exciting new chapter for the company," said R. Lawrence Montgomery, Kohl's chief executive officer. "The area has high growth potential and a strong concentration of families with children, making it a perfect match for Kohl's innovative concept of a family-oriented store that offers great brands and a convenient shopping experience."
The store's manager, Christi Williams, will be responsible for hiring, day-to-day store operations, customer service and employee communications.
