For its second production of the 2007/08 Season, The Greenville Little Theatre is excited to present Dracula by playwright Steven Dietz. This new adaptation released in 1996 restores the suspense and seduction of Bram Stoker's classic novel to the stage. Rich with both humor and horror, this play paints a wickedly theatrical picture of the famous vampire. The show will run October 31- November 17. On Halloween night, Wednesday, October 31, theatre goers on encouraged to come in costume as prizes will be awarded for the best dressed vampires!
A great cast has been assembled with Will Ragland starring as Dracula and GLT's Artistic Director, Allen McCalla, portraying his nemesis, Professor Van Helsing. Ryan Bradburn is featured as Renfield, Bryan Gallagher as Harker, Jon Riggins as Dr. Seward, April Schaeffer as Lucy, and Sara Kosmer as Mina. Supporting cast includes Beth Munson, Catalina Keller, Carrie Moore, Chris Cashon, Carmen Reilly, and Jeremiah Dew. Tickets prices are $17-$25 with discounts available for groups of ten or more. Show dates are Oct. 31- Nov 3, Nov 8-10, Nov 16-17 at 8 pm. and Nov. 4 & 11 at 3 pm.
