Greenville City Council has approved funding for the Cleveland Connector, a multi-use pedestrian path that will provide a direct connection between Cleveland Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail extension.
The project includes the permanent closure of the Richland Way tunnel below East Washington Street to vehicular traffic, which began on Monday, August 15.
