At the request of businesses, the City of Greenville has opened the Spinks Bridge in Unity Park. The bridge will allow residents on the Swamp Rabbit Trail to access businesses on both sides of the Reedy River.
Trail users now will be able to use the Swamp Rabbit Trail from Welborn Commons north to Mayberry Street.
Due to park construction, pedestrian traffic along the trail previously was cut off to businesses located on Delano Drive, including Southernside Brewing Co., Swamp Rabbit Crossfit, Soul Yoga and ComRADery CoWork.
