The City of Greenville recently celebrated with the Nicholtown community, breaking ground on a Genesis Homes project to add eight affordable rental units on Nichols Street.
The city provided the land valued at $125,550, and the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority awarded $1,391,221 for the project.
