2018 Paris Mountain Polar Plunge on Feb. 24th

It’s the coolest thing you’ll do all year – not to mention you’re creating more opportunities for athletes with intellectual disabilities to experience the life-changing benefits of participating in Special Olympics.

All at no cost to themselves or their families. This year’s polar plunge takes place on February 24th at Paris Mountain State Park, 2401 State Park Rd. Greenville, SC.

The minimum cost to plunge is $50. Registration begins at 10:00 am. Costumes and awards will be presented at at 11:00 am. And the plunge at 11:30 am.

Haven’t heard of polar plunges? A polar plunge is an event held during the winter where participants enter a body of water despite the low temperature. In the United States, polar plunges are usually held to raise money for a charitable organization.
