Furman University Theatre presents Kappa Kappa Scream by Randall David Cook through Feb. 18th.
Every October the new pledge class of Kappa Kappa Delta sorority enjoys a weekend retreat together. This year, the sorority president has decided that placing the women in a cabin in the woods and scaring them will lead to deeper bonding and friendship. Unfortunately for them, someone—or something—at the cabin has other ideas. Intended for mature audiences. Not for those afraid of the dark.
This world premiere of Randall David Cook’s Kappa Kappa Scream is open to the public. Tickets are $18 for adults, $15 for seniors and $10 for students.
All performances of Kappa Kappa Scream take place in The Playhouse on the Furman University campus. There will be a special Friday midnight performance Feb. 17th, with all remaining performances being held at 8:00 pm.
1991 Furman graduate and artist-in-residence Randall David Cook is a native South Carolinian who worked in Japan and France before settling down on the Upper West Side in Manhattan.
