Get ready for the iMAGINE Upstate Festival, downtown Greenville’s first STEM Festival, by joining us for two very special programs this Friday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm!
The festival will take place at The Children’s Museum of the Upstate.
The Aldebaran NAO robots will be inside the museum doing demonstrations during the day and will be offering in-depth workshops at 11AM and 1PM.
They will be showcasing their NAO robot. NAO is a 58-cm tall humanoid robot. He is small, cute and round. You can’t help but love him!
He moves, recognizes you, hears you and even talks to you! You’re not going to want to miss out on this opportunity!

There will be several experiences available in the BetaBox including:
Lasercut Glasses
Opportunities to invent are all around us, you just have to look through the right lens. Come to BetaBox to create your own custom glasses! Learn to sketch like a designer, and then create real wearable glasses frames using a laser cutter.
Flower Sticks
Movements happen when simple things are joined together to create something greater than their sum. Flower Sticks are no exception. Come to BetaBox to create a custom LED flower for yourself!
Use 3D printers, LEDs, a laser cutter, and simple materials to fill the area around BetaBox with a wave of home made flowers.
