Greenlink Seeking Public Input on Transit Service

The Greenville Transit Authority has hired consulting firm Connetics Transportation Group to conduct a Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA) study of the Greenlink transit system.

The project scope includes developing a market profile of Greenville County, tracking the number of people who get on and off the bus at each individual stop, completing a bus route efficiency and service delivery analysis and soliciting public input through stakeholder interviews, public meetings and community surveys.

The goal of the study is to identify improvements that can be made without an increase in resources, such as redesigning routes and adjusting service hours.

As part of the study, Greenlink is seeking input from Greenville County residents via a 10-question online survey. The survey is available in English and Spanish at www.surveymonkey.com and will remain open until Friday, March 24th.
